August 11, 2011 Andy Johnson IV, 18, entered eternal life July 22, 2010. He was born December 2, 1991 in Claremore to Andy Johnson III and Nicole Shaun (Harjo) Johnson. He enjoyed football, his friends and family. Andy is survived by both parents; his siblings: Brittany, Trey and Anna Johnson; grandparents: Greg and Kathy Campbell, Andy "Chooch" Johnson, Jr. and Joyce Harjo; uncles: Johnny Johnson and Phillip DeBolt; aunt Annette Butanda.
