Bettie Wiley

Bettie Ione Wiley passed away the evening of December 17, 2017 following a long illness. She is remembered with love and respect for her strength, grit and dedication to help those people in the most desperate situations. In the past, because of the help she provided to homeless people, many of them nicknamed her, "Driving Miss Daisy". She is proceeded in death by former husband: Louis Mose "Speedy" Wiley; Grandchildren:
Dayna Sue Wiley; Mariah Dawn Bearchum; and Brice Alexzander Bearchum. She is survived her children: Roger Bruce Wiley of Osage County, OK; Madeline Carol Wiley of Washington State; and Donna Yvette Wiley of Tulsa, OK; Grandchildren: Daniel, Catherine, Mariah, Viola, Bruce, Winona, Brian, and Apollonia as well as 13 great-
grandchildren.
She was born and raised in Cullman County, Alabama and moved to Oklahoma as a young adult. She was a homemaker prior to working as a janitor for many years at the City of Tulsa and the Tulsa World. Bettie loved dogs and rescued many throughout her life. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and her presence on this Earth will be dearly missed.
