Carlene Burgess

Carlene Burgess was born November 4, 1960 to Mary Burgess and Roosevelt Simpson. Carlene attended Bartlesville Public Schools throughout her childhood and graduated from College High in 1978. Through the years she played softball, a sport she had grown to love. Carlene also started a family with friend and father to her children, Sherman Alberty. Carlene was employed as a caregiver throughout the Bartlesville and Tulsa community until she was unable to work in the early 2000's. Carlene was a vibrant woman who was faith filled and enjoyed watching Joel Osteen. She had a heart of gold, always made others laugh and a personality everyone loved. She enjoyed spending time with her kids and family, especially her grandkids and special friend Samara Rogers.
