Charles Barnett

Charles "Leo" Barnett was born in Vinita,
Oklahoma on October 22, 1950. He was the youngest child of four. He was preceded in death by his father: Clarence Elijah Barnett; mother: Ida Anita (Barnett) Hodo; infant sister:
Betty Jean Rogers and brother: Clarence "Butch" Barnett. Charles is survived by daughters:
Angelia Anita Barnett and Alexandra Belsky;
sister: Joyce Daley; grandchildren, cousins,
nieces and nephew. Charles graduated from
Tulsa Central High School in 1968, where he
lettered in football. Upon graduation, he
attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and received a Bachelor's Degree. Charles retired in 2012 from the
Oklahoma Employment Security Commission where he served as a Workforce Specialist. Charles "Leo" Barnett passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at the age of 67, following a
brief stay in the hospital. "Leo" will always be loved, remembered and missed by his
family and friends.
