October 29, 2014 Dale Monroe Tipton of Catoosa, 68, entered eternal rest on October 26, 2014. He was born on September 28, 1946 to Monroe Tipton and Edna Allen in Hochatown, OK. Dale had a craft for woodwork, he would make benches, shelves, yard art and chairs. He also enjoyed hunting deer, fishing, and visiting his cabin in the mountains. Dale's strong Christian faith shined through his gospel singing. In 1964 Dale met and married the love of his life, Sue and together they started a beautiful family. Preceded by his mother: Edna Tipton, Dale is survived by his loving wife of 50 years: Sue Tipton; children: Jerry Tipton and his wife Tami, Justin Tipton and Joey Tipton; grandchildren: Jeremy Tipton and his wife Lanie, Bethany Conaway and her husband Alex, Jessica, Jonathon, Jacob and Hannah Tipton; great grandchild: Cole Conaway; father: MM Tipton; siblings: Gerald Tipton and his wife Freda, Velma Campbell and her husband Keith, Nelda Borst and her husband Mark; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
