January 24, 2014 Helen Ademski Collins, mother, dear grandmother and friend departed this earth on Dec. 16, 2013 at the age of 91. Born in the Ukraine on Nov. 19, 1922, Helen was a devout Catholic full of wisdom, traditions and old-time skills. Living through the depression she found strength in adversity. She was also a trailblazer and a woman ahead of her time. Retired from a life-long career at the CIA, Helen enjoyed travel, playing bridge, crocheting for the family and tending to her gardens. Survived by granddaughter Alexandra Federov, sister Betty Ademski Lamb Fetters and nieces Joellen and Anette Ademski and Stephanie Lamb and many cousins. Helen has left us with so many loving memories, inspiration and gracious deeds and now joins her daughter Michele Theresa Collins Federov in Heaven. She is deeply missed and always remembered as a kind, giving and loving person. Dearest Grandmother Helen rest peacefully next to God until we meet again. We love you forever!!
