Leslie is survived by her loving husband Thomas Dean Conklin; children: Katherine and Jon Treat, Dylan and Christiane Conklin, and Carly Conklin; grandchildren: Oliver James Thomas Conklin and Benjamin Michael Treat; and sisters: Julie Cable and Willie Cable.
