Manuel Ratliff

Manuel Stephen Ratliff was born September 25, 1955 to Robert and Margaret Ratliff in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Manuel enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He also enjoyed watching college and professional football, but most of all enjoyed spending time with his friends. Manuel leaves behind to cherish his memory, parents: Robert "Zeak" and Margaret Ratliff, siblings: Paul Ratliff (Lisa)-Coweta, Geneva Nuding (Tom)-Tulsa, Robert Ratliff (Becky)-Hulbert, 8 nieces and nephews, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Manuel was loved by many and will be missed by all.
