Olivia Milner

Olivia Ann Milner was called home on January 5, 2021 at the age of 83. She was born to Thomas and Irene Willoughby on December 5, 1937 in Mangum Ok where she attended high school. She married Oliver Albert Milner on April 16, 1958. Together they embarked on many adventures including opening their own gas and mechanic station named Gurnsey Tire & Supply. She worked as a waitress at the local Tasty Freeze and was a housewife for many years. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts, going to bingo, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Olivia is proceed in death by her parents, Thomas and Irene Willoughby-Higginbotham, husband, Oliver Milner, and brothers, Butch Willoughby, Robert Higginbotham, sister Tommy Messner. She is survived by sisters Emma Allen, Elouise Chambless, Rhonda ‘Jo’ Chambless, brothers John Higginbotham, Ray Higginbotham, her four sons, Mike, Gordon, Tim, and Edwin, and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and loved ones.
