April 18, 2012 Dr. Patrick Robert Pitchford passed away on April 15, 2012 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 69 years, 9 months and 18 days. He was born on June 28, 1942 in Okmulgee, OK to Elizabeth and Duvall Pitchford. Patrick was the brother of Harry Pitchford III and John and Holly Pitchford; Loyal husband to Marciana Pitchford; devoted father of 6 adult children, Robert and Kim Pitchford, Susan and Rich Knarr, Katherine and Jimmy Miller, Scott and Laura Pitchford, Lauren and Damon Hutson, Michael and Nicki Sweetman; Ever so proud grandfather of 12, Alex and Ryan Pitchford, Haley, Rachel, and Amy Knarr, Jordan and Jacob Wise, Bailey Miller with Kendall Peterson, Belen Pitchford, Addie and Kinsey Hutson, Emily and Sydney Sweetman; A great grandfather of 2, Emmit and Carter Wise. He was a graduate of Lawton High School, class of 1960, University of Oklahoma, class of 1964, and Baylor Dental School, class of 1968. He was a valued dentist in Okmulgee from 1970 till 1984 then practiced in Clarksville, Tennessee for 14 years. He was a generous and kind spirit professionally and personally.
