February 20, 2014 Sammie Ray Christian of Catoosa, 72, entered eternal life on February 13, 2014. He was born on February 22, 1941 to Chester Christian and Ethyl Mae Pierce in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Sammie enjoyed fishing, playing dominos, card games and he loved Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma Sooners football. Sammie is survived by his loving wife of 35 years: Dolly Christian; daughters: Becky Christian, Glenda Anderson and Angela Christian; aunt: Betty Kelly; eight grandchildren, one great grandson with two more expected and his lifelong best friend, Pat Prater.
