Spencer Speed

August 13, 2011 Spencer Speed, Jr., age 77 years, 3 months and 2 days, entered eternal life January 17, 2009 in Tulsa. He was born October 16, 1931 in Yahola to Spencer and Mary (Anderson)
Speed, Sr. A retired concrete finisher, he enjoyed his grandchildren, Harley-Davidson motorcycles, fishing, and rabbit and squirrel hunting. Spencer was preceded in death by his children: Darnell and Tony Speed; sister Thelma Speed; and brother Isaiah Manuel Speed. He is survived by his loving children: Celestine Mason Speed, Johnny Speed and his wife Dawn (Clayton); adopted children: Ricky, Kim and Sheila; nephews: Wayne and Thurman Speed; ex-daughter-in-law Betty Speed; ex-wives: Rena Mae and Willamena Speed; and a host of grandchildren including Rena Speed. Service: 11AM Saturday, January 24 at New Hope Baptist Church, 5236 N. Cincinnati Ave. in Tulsa; interment:
