Ta Sparks

August 13, 2011 Treva Sparks, age 81 years, 2 months and 16 days, entered eternal life July 31, 2009 at her home in Coweta. She was born May 16, 1928 in Martha, KY to Jess and Rena Elizabeth (Sparks) Gilliam. A wonderful homemaker of Baptist faith, she enjoyed sewing, cooking, flower gardening, and her grandchildren. She never turned anyone away and was always willing to help. She was preceded in death by her husband William Ulysess Sparks; son John Sparks; and daughter Phyllis Sue Sparks. Treva is survived by her loving daughters: Janie, Ina and Anna Mae Sparks; sons: Mike and Dohn Sparks; 1 brother and 3 sisters; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9AM-7PM Tuesday, August 4. Memorial service to be held at Elizabeth Enterprise Baptist Church;
