August 20, 2012 Thomas Edward "Ed" Brower, Jr. passed from this life on August 15, 2012 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 80 years, 10 months and 7 days. He was born on October 8, 1931 in Tonka, TX to Thomas E. Brower, Sr. and Holly Pearl (Jackson) Brower. Ed proudly served our country in the United States Navy and worked at American Airlines for 35 wonderful years. He was the greatest father, husband, brother, cousin, uncle, "crapaw," neighbor and friend that you would ever want to meet. Ed never met a stranger. He would help anyone and always gave all he had to others. We will miss him but know he is now free to the things his body could no longer do. Ed is survived by his wife, Emma Jean (Ratcliff) Brower; son, Daryl Brower; daughter Samantha Partain and husband Blake; grandchildren, Evan Partain and Jessie Partain; great granddaughter, Isabelle; sisters, Lenora Dickey, Gloria Miller, and Marcella Key; and countless nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends. A graveside service with Military Honors will be held at 11:00 Monday, August 20, 2012 at the Dick Duck Cemetery in Catoosa, OK. www.kennedycares.com
