October 14, 2013 Vicki Lynn Meissner of Tulsa, 59, entered eternal life October 9, 2013. She was born on August 22, 1954 to Quentin Ray Meissner and Letha Marie Back in Pawnee, Oklahoma. Vicki enjoyed playing bingo and gambling at the casinos. She was preceded in death by her father Quentin Ray Meissner and her mother Letha Marie Back. Vicki is survived by her brothers: Raymond and Robert; sister-in-law: Cheryl; uncles: Lewis and Wayne; aunts:
Carol, Nettie, and Ruby; five nieces; two nephews; eight grand- nieces; five grand-
