August 11, 2011 William Larney "Bill" Fraser of Phoenix, AZ was born to George and Myrtle Fraser on March 9, 1959 in Henryetta, OK. He passed away September 24, 2009 at the age of 50. He was preceded in death by his father George Fraser, Sr.; brother George Fraser, Jr.;
and grandparents: Anderson and Elsie Watters, Lem and Mary Fraser. Bill is survived by his mother Myrtle Fraser of Weleetka, OK; brothers: Gary Fraser and his wife Carolyn of Buckeye, AZ, Franklin Fraser and his wife Kim of Durant, OK; sisters: Doris Armstrong and her husband Billy of Checotah, OK, Karen Cooke of Phoenix, AZ, Kathryn Fraser and her husband Stanley Zackery of Weleetka, OK, Diane Little and her husband Freddie of Okmulgee, OK; and Gail Moore and her husband Ken of Weleetka, OK; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and great-nieces and nephews.
