Willie Hayes

November 27, 2011 Willie Beatrice "Sister" Hayes of Tulsa, 78, passed away November 24, 2011. She was born January 12, 1933 in Tulsa to Eddie and Ella Florence (Williams) Hayes. A Hillcrest housekeeper, Sister loved her church, Baptist Miracle Community Church, where she played the piano and organ, and sang solos and in the choir. She attended Booker T washington High School. Sister was preceded by her brothers and sisters: Edward, David, Francis, Louise, Lewis, Betty, Joe and Bill . Sister is survived by her loving sons: Larry Hayes, and Donald Hayes and daughter-in-law Ann E.Hayes; her Youngest sister Ella Jean Bell and grandsons, Plez Williams, Nekeno Hayes and his wife Rachel , Donald L. Hayes, Steven Petty; numerous great grandchildren and one great- great-grandson; many neices, nephews, and cousins. Also her best friend whom she admired very much Ronald Edd. Many many friends. Service: 10AM Wednesday, November 30 at the Chapel;
