She was Born in Shawnee Ok, to Ray and Sylvia Allen. She was preceded in death by both her parents. Debra is survived by two daughters: Donna Crow of Tulsa Ok, Autumn Cole of Tulsa Ok; one son: Jake Cole of Tulsa Ok; two sisters: Sherrie and Carol; two Brothers: Steve and Joe; 5 Grandchildren: Miracle, Adrian, Andrea, Ashley, Antwaua; two Great Grandchildren Adrianna, and Avarianna; and her puppy dog: Blue.
